I’ve been a longtime member of this credit union and have consistently had positive experiences. Whether by phone, email, or in person, every interaction with the staff has been courteous and professional. Even after moving out of the area, I’ve continued to use their services and remain completely satisfied. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for many years, and have always received excellent service. Whenever I have needed assistance or had questions, the staff has been more than helpful and responsive. They'll always have my business.
Even though I don’t use this acct. much, I was never informed that my acct was closed. Went to apply for a loan to find out. Had to open another acct. Realized a day later, this is not where I’d like to have as a third bank so I went back and closed this acct. I was told I’d only get some of my money back since I was closing it a day later after opening (called early cancellation) ok fine. Then I received two letters 9/4/2024 about the first acct that I had no knowledge of that had closed in the summer due to me not using it... read more
The worst customer service in history
1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you plan on being able to use your money, this is not the bank for you. Debit Card declines 3 out of 4 times, Staff are not friendly, and if you need something on the weekend....well that's to bad cause there is no one you can call. Your money would be easier to get to if you buried it in a coffee can in the middle of a land mine. If I could leave a negative rating, I would!
