I paid my property tax online on 9/23, got my receipt, and 3 days later, got an email that my bank account was not found. What are the odds that you can miss a number twice? Because you have to re-write the account. Well, I called because I tried to pay it again and the price increased by $30 and paying online by check was blocked. Just wow. I don’t think I have ever received such bad customer service via phone. I believe their name was Becky or Betty? Anyway, I should not give better customer service than the business/agency I am calling to get help from. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I felt like a burden even asking questions this morning.
Showed up at 9:30 absolutely no wait. Everyone was upbeat and friendly which I cannot believe I am saying about a tag office
