Showed up at 9:30 absolutely no wait. Everyone was upbeat and friendly which I cannot believe I am saying about a tag office
Had questions when selling my car and how to fill out the title to a tax exempt company, Madison was great, she took me step-by-step on what was needed and also gave me additional information on removing the tag and things I had not thought about and I left Feeling very comfortable on what what was needed to complete the process. Great customer service.
Super unprofessional… you call to ask questions and whoever answered is rushing my questions, not letting me speak, catching an attitude and being quite rude and disrespectful.
