Rude and very unprofessional and unhelpful
This credit union is VERY hard to deal with. If you want to retrieve money from your own checking account, you have to physically ask them during their (short) hours. I would not recommend Cherokee county federal credit union to anyone for any reason. I'm sorry I wasted 3 years banking with them.
They don't care to help even when scammed. and have arrogant attitudes.
This credit union new management is terrible. I’ve banked with them for years. I don’t recommend anyone to bank with them.
