Had a order for half brick. They never even started the work. I paid them. They have yet to refund me the money and it has been a Month. What the heck. Screwed up the order and will not give me the money back. Be very careful doing business with them.
Bought Brick from the Jackson, MS location. Salesman was great to deal with but my problem came with delivery. I paid for the brick on a Wednesday and was told it would be delivered on Friday. I had my mason set up for the following Monday, come 7:00 Monday morning no brick. I called and asked where it was and was told it would be out to the house ASAP. This place is a joke. Customer service sucks. Be careful of Bill in their Doraville location north of ATL, they will rip off. Go anywhere but here.
I went to the Jacksonville location to pick up a order. It’s a 1 hour drive from my home but due to traffic I was 30 minutes late and arrived at 4:40 pm. I was told by the salesman they close at 5 pm when my order came in. I then called the corporate office and then a lady told me he left early and that I should understand that. Cherokee Brick is pleasing and attractive to the eye. They have options for the rugged style farmhouse as well as elegance and classy features.
