My company has both been a client and our lender has used them for our recent commercial deal. Unfortunately the fee rates vs. service and trustable work don’t align. Consistent mistakes and delays with very little accountability. I’ve been working with law firms for 16 years and this firm has high rates but their product doesn’t match the rate. Their tools need to be sharpened for the amount they charge. Sorry!
