If you can't find another Vernon lawyer these folks are an option. A couple of weeks before the sale of our property closed they took on the responsibility. We asked what we needed to do facilitate simplified closing ? Then the day before closing, their phone calls started by asking us who the water utility was so they could confirm and figure out the numbers.
