extremely rude brokers, it was a woman never got her name
Here is the thing dispatch is so rude she have no respect what so ever she hung up the phone on me multiple times because am asking my detention money & exta stop, Iwhen asked her supervisor she told me we are going to red flag you… guess what am glad I don’t have deal someone like you ever again shame on you.. they deserve 0 star…
If i could give negative stars i would. Their female dispatchers are the most rude and incompetent that i have ever dealt with! And when i asked for management she said and i quote (trust me if you think we are rude then you definitely dont want to talk to management) end quote. No wonder they have a 1 star rating!
