Don’t waste your time calling for a load they will hang up with no explanation or anything rude and unprofessional
Called to book the load. They said “you are blocked by 3 other brokers on MyCarrierPortal. We can not see the reason , but you have to call mycarrierportal and find out why”. From thousands brokers that we worked with, 3 brokers blocked us. lol. in many times broker in fault too. And 3 brokers from thousand that’s a joke. Second I would suggest to see their own reviews which is way worth.
Old woman was very rude when trying to clarify some details: screaming and yelling. Hanged up the phone with words Dont call me back. Wish her to be calm and nicer on the phone, otherwise she will get to heart attack.
