The Cheng & Tsui digital interface is extremely frustrating. It sometimes marks correct answers as wrong and can even erase answers that were already entered. This makes completing assignments unnecessarily difficult because you can lose work or get marked wrong due to glitches rather than an actual mistake. The interface needs to be much more reliable. Cheng and Tsui's software development team has left an unsatisfactory service to its users.
