The staffs are patient. Rose, the manager, is very knowledge. I would highly recommend to everyone.
It's really bad working here. I've worked here before. They use people as really cheap labor. Work long hours, pays really cheap. At tax season, you can't even get minimum wage per hour because they pay monthly salary. Tax season will require to work 6 days 9 am to 10 pm. No overtime pay! I don't even know if it's legal. When I leave work at 8 pm, the manager will tell me if I can't finish my work, I need to work like others to 10 pm. But at the interview, they only said sometimes there is overtime.
