This mediator is not neutral in any form, she will try to persuade you into things and if you don’t feel comfortable in agreeing to those things will make you feel pretty awful about it… be careful if you’re fighting for safety or safety is a serious concern and your a victim of a crime and that crime wasn’t reported to police. She will dismiss it and make fun of you after making you reopen the trauma bag. Seek a different mediator if you want a valuable mediation.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dana McKenzie during my mediation process. I felt that she was biased and consistently favored the other side throughout both mediations. During our first session, she mentioned details that were inaccurate, and despite my objections, she insisted we would revisit those issues in the next meeting. Dana and Eva are two of the best mediators in Minnesota. I give them my highest recommendation. Unfortunatly, when parties get confronted with the harsh reality they have made poor choices in parenting, or do not have their children's best interest in mind, they can get hostile. This is clear from a majority of the reviews on Google. There is a reason this office is booked out months; because they are GREAT and in demand!

Avoid Eva if You Want an Unbiased Evaluation Eva’s custody evaluation was deeply flawed and clearly biased, particularly when it came to race and gender. She made sure to highlight my race and my family’s background in the final report but did not do the same for my ex, who is white. My custody case was awarded to Dana McKenzie as a parenting consultant/child neutral worker. I highly recommend if you have a high conflict case you run and RUN far away from this office! Dana sides with the narcissist even after being supplied with documents and proof of abuse. She has zero training on how to figure out there is abuse or how to handle a high conflict case.
