Michelle Cheney was the mediator on a difficult divorce case I was handling for a client. I went into her office doubtful that it would be settled. The office was clean and comfortable, almost cozy in a professional kind of way. Michelle was able to put my client at ease immediately. She worked hard to get our case settled but we never felt pressured to take an offer.
