My grandma was a resident here i also was here with her alot its like home maybe ill be able to live there when I get older too. Great job lovely place.
The folks here have been so good to my Dad. It’s very clean, the food is good, and I have had a lot of comfort knowing my dad is well taken care of.
This facility went out of their way to care for my Dad's unique needs and medical limitations. The care aids, nursing staff and doctors were all attentive, responsive, respectful and supported my Dad at every step. Food is good, staff seem to enjoy their job supporting their residents. We also loved that this facility hosts both health authorities, a lovely option to have a coastal/providence patient transferred to south east Burnaby!
Managers are irresponsible, care aides disrespected us and my mother, physical abuse was reported but was never taken seriously
