I always try to shop locally and l was really excited when I found out there was a soapers supply store right in my small town. I live about 10 miles from the store & since covid, they make me have my orders shipped. I heard all about how they don't want to contaminate their employees, which is great, but let's face it, I don't need to see any employees & just one could set my order on the curb and be done with it. Second and last order. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fill my order, I may have ignored that if the method of shipping I had chosen (Priority) had been used. I consider that deceptive business practice. The small savings is not worth the inconvenience and anger.
Love working with them. I ordered palm oil and received it in a container and not a cardboard box and plastic bag. We are very happy with chemistry connection! Great Company!
