I have never closed a account so fast. Worst bank i have ever been apart of. They love to hold your money and force you to come into the bank every other week because the dont know how to create real secuity policys. If you are thinking about switching banks or already have money with them do yourself a favor and leave ASAP!!!!

Over the last year my sisters bank card has been hacked to the tune of thousands. The bank has done a great job of alerting her to a potential fraud transaction well after the money has been stolen. Items purchased the nation over. Each time she cancels the card, gets her money back and orders a new card. 5 cards later she is finally leaving Huntington for good. Got a paper check from my work and deposited into my new account, was told it would be posted and good the next business day, get home and get an email that my check would be held until the 31st so now I have to go without any money the entire week until I receive my next check, and when they release that check, no money for bills, no money for food, all because you think you’re entitled to hold someone else’s money for whatever reason

They put a hold on a check deposited November 21st. The check cleared from the writers account the next day and we were told they are still waiting for it to clear. Estimated to be after Thanksgiving??? You're costing us and our customers money now and there's no reason for a hold. Unacceptable.
