Since this bank has changed over from Chemical bank, it has really gone down hill! I will be closing my accounts and changing financial institutions
I have banked with Chemical Bank for over 17 years. The staff has been awesome. That being said, since TCF took over, things have not changed for the better. ATM has been down several times in the short amount of time that they've taken over. We never had ATM issues before. The local staff is no longer there. There are a lot of new people, so it is slow going. Definitely, time to find a new bank.
