I don't even know where to begin with this review other then to say thank you to Jody who made opening a savings account and switching our checking account type the EASIEST, FASTEST, and STRESS-FREE appointment ever! We had attempted to do this with another TCF branch a few months ago and the representative appeared near incompetent as she could not understand our request/need and we ended up leaving there very unsatisfied and frustrated after nearly 30 minutes of trying to explain what we wanted.
