This bank is absolutely the worst! What good is a bank that won't do banking?!
Do yourself a favor and find another bank; they get bought out every few years and customer service suffers.
The powers that run this bank actually closed the nearby New Middletown branch —making it a real hardship for seniors like me to bank. This entity has changed names from First Place Bank to Talmer Bank to Chemical Bank to TC. This is an unstable entity because you have to tell all the direct deposit companies about this. This bank does not care about customers. Think twice about having direct deposit. I would change banks, but just more inconvenience & the people who run this bank know it.
I have been a Chemical Bank customer for years. I never had problems at their other branches, until today. I had called a week ago to close a savings account, but it was still showing up on my mobile banking app. Ok, not a big deal, I'll just swing by the branch and check if it's closed. I go to this location and unfortunately they don't have lobby hours so I go to the drive through.
