Terrible bank manager, not a safe place to keep your money if you’re not white. Had a woman try and deny/keep my tax refund check last year. Then the bank manager called me and yelled at me over my review. So here’s a new one!
The manager and staff at my Horizon bank in Owosso desrve a shout-out for their dedicated efforts in helping me during my twice being victimized by scammers. I so appreciate their kind and efficient help. I have been banking with them from day one and will continue to be a very happy customer
Great experience with the staff at this branch. Our small association was previously using a large corporate bank and had nothing but issues, we moved all of our accounts Horizon and have been very satisfied with our experience.
Been with this bank awhile since it changed from chemical to horizon. No sense of security in the fraud department. Wouldn't recommend anymore. Talked to the dispute department the first lady disputed the first charge barely spoke English. The 2nd lady didnt help because the charge was pending even though I couldn't order dinner talked to the supervisor she couldn't tell me if I'd get my money back from a fraud transactions and had no empathy at all. Happy holidays to me right? Get to talk to them monday now and I'm betting ... read more
