Employees are rude. Manager is slow at returning calls, snide with remarks and ASSUMES SHE KNOWS ALL ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, puts in her rude comments about what. SHE THINKS is going on when in fact she knows NOTHING. All around unhappy with THIS bank.
Very pleasant clerks.
I can't speak for all of the Chemical Bank branches but the Lake City one has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
