Terrible policies! Just went to cash a check drawn on their bank through the local VFW and was charged a 3% fee. I explained that I was a Huntington account holder and the sticker in the drive through window claims they are now a part of Huntington. No luck, took their 3%. At this point it is not the money, but the principle....Going to 5/3rd tomorrow to move my accounts from Huntington.
This branch had always been good but they are dropping the ball recently. Long waits on the phone and a failure to follow through when they assure a response. Disappointing.
