They close early way too often to pay attention to the posted hours, I've gone to the bank numerous times to find that they've closed an hour early or over an hour early in some cases. The only saving grace for the Auburn, Chemical bank is that the staff are friendly and know what they are doing.

So, we went on to open a new account, it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence and then we were told to have a seat they'd be right with us. 15 minutes more go by and we're done waiting, there was 1 other customer at the teller window while 3 of the 5 employees sat in the office talking while we waited. Not putting our money in a bank where they ignore you.
