I dont know what's going on in the drive thru, but it literally takes a half hour or more every time I use this drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous to be waiting this long when there is no one in front of you. I previously worked as a teller with Chemical, and this never would have been tolerated! At least greet the customer and let them know it's going to be a minute. It's common courtesy number one, and it's supposed to be a faster service than walking in. The staff isn’t just staff they are family! I am thankful I choose this bank to be part of my daily finances and family. The time they spend with you, the kindness they express and all around friendliness is remarkable! I highly recommend this location on Midland Street in Bay City Michigan
This is a good bank to deal with, they have helped me with everthing i have needed help with, wich is more then a little,lol except they wont give me more money then i put in thats my only problem.
Girlfriend banked here and upon closing the account has recieved overdraft fee after overdraft fee. They say they will take care of it and close the account and the next month there is another overdraft fee.
