I don’t like this bank. Every time I receive a lump sum amount in my bank account, they’ll question me and ask where Did I get the money from? I wonder if they question the white customers or is it just protocol to question people they withdrawal money from their account? I already closed one account because of this B.S now you’re going to question me again, I’m Done with this bank.
Will fee you for not doing online banking. When they switched from Talmer Bank (who I was with for years) to Chemical I couldn't transfer my online banking between banks and customer service didn't help plus you have to maintain $5 in your account (other than using school funds I don't use a debit card that often I cash my SSI checks) and months went by before they even told me I had a negative balance (finding out what I stated above). Switching banks.
