So glad this branch is closing. Unfair lending practices. Manager is very unprofessional. Staff personally judges customers and address them unfairly not following policies and procedures.
Online banking in checking is never accurate or up to date as well as charges appear one day , as " in process " and disappear another day entirely..then pop up again as a new charge..trying to explain this to employees is useless..this has been going on for 3 years. I am closing my account.
Atm cost 5 bucks .. went w a broken leg and broken ankle..all other atms down in the area and had to go inside to use the atm. Like I wanted to walk... No other Banks around.. then they charge 5 dollars to walk inside to use it.. never in my life will I ever use a chemical bank or allow my children to.
ATM doesn't work at a bank somehow. You enter your card with a chip reader and the atm at this location doesn't do anything or process anything. Whats even the point of having an atm???
