Worst service at bank ever. So slow. Don't try to hurry. Lines out the door and managers just walking by. Only good thing is it's a nice building. Don't come to this branch.
All the staff at the west river location are very welcoming and courteous. Especially Austin. They always acknowledge you when you walk in the door, even if the branch is busy. And they always make sure that you don't have anymore questions or needs. Too notch customer service :-)
