Been going to this Branch for years to get change. I had a business loan. Paid it back. I also have a HSA account. But I got denied when ask for $1& $5"s..I have gotten tons of change there for years.& My Mother has a account in a different city. Two months ago i was told that i could not get a loan to buy a washer and drier, due to my credit score being below 690. I had a 688. Never mind that, when i finally did get a loan through another company, The bank manager in the downtown office gave me an awfully caviler attitude about cashing my check stating "I only had 15 dollars in account."
