I had a mortgage with them and refinanced with another bank 15 years later. Chemical Bank NEVER notified my county office that the loan was satisfied. This has caused many problems. Also, I have had great difficulty trying to contact them to get the situation fixed. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE.
