I’ve been with chemical bank for years and everyone is always so friendly and helpful there. Adam is always so kind and willing to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand. I recently had an issue where I thought my account was hacked and Jeremy the branch manager took me to his desk and fixed the problem with me and showed me how to make sure it doesn’t happen again! Very thankful for that! I highly recommend banking at chemical bank as they treat you how you should be treated!
They replaced most of the staff about a year ago, and you can tell what a difference it has made for this branch!!!! The whole entire staff is just fantastic. Adam, Jeremy, Britney, Linda, Cary. They all just put a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door. I usually dont enjoy trips to the bank, especially for work purposes, but its always a pleasure to come in to Chemical. Keep of the great work!!!
