On May 30, I went to the Chemcel Federal Credit Union agency located in Bay City and the lady (agent) told me that my account number did not appear in the system. I showed her my account from my Bank application and she refused to receive the check to deposit into my account. She gave me many excuses not to make the deposit to my account.
