For being a sister bank of security service where the service there has been perfect, it's very disappointing to see that this branch does not have the same customer service. The teller was rude and indifferent, and came across as if she was not happy to be at work. Teller 74 would benefit from people skills training.
Very misleading. They don’t inform you about the specifics of their loans and are inconsiderate at the fact that they waste your time.
Very rude with customers, they have ridiculous rules that are not safe, and decide what rules they follow when convenient for that exact moment. One of the tellers is a sweetheart the other is.... not very professional. I've had them call screaming at us over mistakes they made, and feel the need to back the other horribly rude teller.
