Do yourself a favor, find another bank. Frost bank is good. This one will bend over the little guy as often as they can.
If you’re not a member and paying cash on a loan payment they will NOT give you change for a 20. (Just needed 10) There a BANK?! The other reviews are no good but they don’t seem to care much. Anyway.. Have a good day!
For being a sister bank of security service where the service there has been perfect, it's very disappointing to see that this branch does not have the same customer service. The teller was rude and indifferent, and came across as if she was not happy to be at work. Teller 74 would benefit from people skills training.
