I booked a ride on Saturday, March 22/25. and Chem Medical picked me up. I had one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had in riding for my appointments. The Lady who picked me up was so friendly compassionate, caring and concerned about me. Chem medical I can’t thank you enough for your generosity in caring for me. Thank you! Thank you! The first time this company came out to pick us up they were 15 minutes late. They picked us 45 minutes picking us up to take us home. They don’t call to let you know that they will be late. I feel this company only care about money. This was last week now today we call them to see what time they will pick us up because the pick up time is 9:00am and it’s 9: 15am. Than the van broke down. Our appointment is at 10:00am. We received a called stating that we pushed our appointment back to 10:30 am. Which is a lie because this d... read more
I've used this company for years unfortunately modivcare will not assign me to them . I wish I could get a working number to contact them. For them to request my trips.
