Brilliant results as usual, used mark several times and never disappointed. Highly recommend. Some tough stains too!.
They did an alright job but left before we could do a walk through. Ended up missing a bunch of spots. Guy's name was Mark and ge wouldn't start the job without being paid first. He said he could get a red wine spill out of my rug which was his reason for coming but he didn't even bother trying. Mark had an attitude. I'm sure other employees are better buy I am not pleased with his service. Do not pay these guys until the job is done.
Mark and his whole team at Regency Cleaners Cheltenham came out to my property last minute due to a flooding incident. They were quickly able to rectify the issue aswell as clean my the carpet afterwards making it look as good as new. Very polite, efficient and respectable. Highly recommended!!!
Having 3 dogs the carpets have been neglected and to much much to keep on top of called mark and have to say they have come up basically brand new, the boys done a quality job would 100% recommend
Mark and team did an amazing job today cleaning my front room and hallway carpets, and my sofas. Very professional service. Carpets are 5 years old and the daily walking on them took its tole leaving a lot of dirt stains, thanks to mark they look good as new all stains gone and looking so much better. Thank you to you all will definately be using again!
