My mother has been living here for a year. When she moved in it was a wonderfully run home. The activities were good, and lifestyle coordinators (Jayne and Linda) were personal and took an interest in every resident. All the staff, even the wonderful maintenance man Denver, were excellent and attentive. She and other residents miss them and are trying to adjust to the changes. Everyone is always very kind. Place was sold in September and has become a really bad place!! Most of the staff have been replaced. Turn a corner and staff are in tears due to the workload. ALL activities have been cut except for a short exercise in the morning. They used to offer quizzes etc,.. but have left that staff go and only use agency workers who cannot speak or understand much English. Residents have nothing to do and nothing to keep their minds active. The singalongs have been cancelled cause they got rid of the piano player. The gardens look r... read more
