In late December 2025, my mom moved in to Cheltenham. I can’t believe what a wonderful place this is! The staff are so caring and dedicated to the residents. There are nurses, psws, doctors, cooking and cleaning staff and social workers and a great reception. Thank you so much Cheltenham.
Amazing place. Great staff - truly the best. Facilities could be bigger with more meeting space but staff make up for that!
Lack of staff a few good psw's and 1 good RN! Dad's clothes are miss placed received someone's else's clothes!🙄 Cheltenham you have to do better then that! There's more to say but I just better leave it at that!
My brother moved end of June, no problems ' friendly staff, clean' lots of activities for the residents
