UPDATE: We just renewed our mortgage, and, once again, Chelsea worked incredibly hard to secure the best agreement for us. We were thrown several curveballs by institutions who wished to change interest rates last minute, but Chelsea refused to accept such unprofessional treatment and successfully fought to have our original agreement honoured.
