Wonderful massage and facial at an affordable price. Very relaxing and restorative after a lot of traveling.
I’m awarding two stars only because the space was clean and presentable, much nicer than others in the same category of affordable massage places. Beyond that, my experience was very poor. The massage itself felt rushed and rough, like it was over in minutes, with no attention to pressure or technique. There was no flow in her movements or connection. I visit quite frequently for full body and/or foot massages! I enjoy my massages every time. And it's affordable. (They do hover over you to ensure you leave a tip, which can be annoying if you are unhappy with your service). You will get who ever is available so I suggest you find your favorite masseuse and request him or her every time.
rips off even loyal customers, service is mid and subpar and they add a ridiculous 15% surcharge if you pay with card vs. cash which is illegal. they demand tips and do not leave it up to the discretion of the customer which is tacky and unprofessional. massage therapists don't seem properly trained and they press down on your spine/tailbone which is incredibly dangerous. i used to be a regular here but never coming back. i'd recommend going elsewhere!
Love them! Found them and Groupon about a year ago and haven't been elsewhere since. Can't beat their prices or their massages and I've been to quite a few places. I am sticking with Chelsea Wellness.
