We regularly use this ATM at this location because of its convenience, but today we will never do it again. We used the ATM today to get a cash for grad gifts and it gave me a ripped but tapped together $20 bill. Not even a little rip it was a huge all the way through rip. I went to the help window and asked for a different $20 and they said I couldn’t because I didn’t have an account. Absolutely ridiculous! I got it from your ATM!
I had a friend of mine that has been with this bank for some time and I don't have a bank account here well I have a business I run to his automotive and I also get tax refunds every year IRS check and state check . Dawn Kalusha from the Chelsea branch was amazing! She helped me quickly get a mortgage approved after I found the exact condo that I was looking for. I had not expected to move for months. She walked me through every step and kept on top of things. She is very patient and personable. She made this potentially stressful event smooth. It gave me great peace.
