Sent a broken silver candelabra. They kept me informed and returned it to me a few weeks later in perfect condition. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Emails were answered promptly and courteously. Would gladly use them again.
Couldn't have been happier with Mark's work. Didn't find him immediately. Went to many places with my, unusable yet beautiful, antique brass hat rack. No one had an answer. Found Chelsea Plating, met Mark and knew immediately that I had found the proper craftsman/artist. He never batted an eye at the rack's condition and quietly assured me that all would be well. His work was done on time, and better that I could have hoped. Not often that projects progress so smoothly. Only sorry I can only give him 5 stars. Bravo.
Excellent craftsmanship and caring go into the quality and service you get at Chelsea Plating Company! Marc and Chris just restored my antique brass bed and it is gorgeous!!! I would trust them with and treasured item to bring it back to its original beauty.
