Great job! We purchased and have them install french doors for our pantry a few weeks ago. Donovan was very professional and punctual providing updates throughout the process. The doors were delivered and installed on the date as promised. Very courteous and clean service at a reasonable price. Thank you.
Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a woman named Brooke behind the counter this morning. Had to do a phone sale this morning which I had done several times throughout the week as my employer lives out of state. Another gentleman behind the counter who is very friendly had been assisting me with no issues. Even after completing the phone sale she of course got my order wrong.. when speaking with the gentleman in the yard loading my lumber onto my truck they said that she gets orders wrong all the time. We are so happy with the work Chelsea Lumber did for us. We had our front door replaced with a new storm door and modern front door and also had a closet door that needed replacing/installation in the entrance of our home. We hit a few snag along the way only because of weather (Hooray Michigan!) but the day of the install was so quick - one guy did the job in like 5 hours. My experience with Chelsea Lumber was outstanding! We had a pole barn built and new windows installed. The workmanship was great, but what I wanted to point out is how good the communication was. Charlie Ruiz who headed up the pole barn build was hands on right from the start. Everything he said he would do, he did. He went well beyond expectations and made our experience a pleasant one.
