We used Chelsea Kramer to complete a mortgage refinance. While the refinance was eventually completed and the staff were polite, I was very disappointed with the process. I had to do a lot of the communication with the lender myself, and even had to involve my previous lawyer—tasks that should have been handled by this office. There were delays in action, misinformation given along the way, and when I raised my concerns afterward, there was no ownership or accountability.
