We started a work permit to PR application process with them about 1.5 months ago. We spent two weeks completing all documents, but during that time—even while sending everything—they made no effort to submit anything. They had promised submission within 4 days, but after 1.5 months with zero progress, we went in person. We were treated very poorly—extremely rude and unprofessional. Arash’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I absolutely do NOT recommend this plac.
