Fantastic staff who are very patient with my elderly mother. Her hearing aids are working really well to the point she asks for TV to be turned down when it's not that loud They are also rechargeable and charge overnight, so no more batteries going flat and searching to find the correct battery type all over town. Very happy with the experience
