The employees are all knowledgeable, friendly & patient. I've dealt with Chelsea Groton bank for over 40 years & have never had a bad experience.
Best bank around. Video banking at the ATM, is open till 7 pm Monday thru Friday, and till 3pm on Saturdays. Can't beat it. Don't let the video banking intimadate you. It's very easy to use. You get to speak with a real live human and see them on the screen. You can do almost any transaction at the video atm
This bank used to be a responsive. The last 4 times I called there was a 20 minute hold The banks needs to hire more people or better people.

I, myself, worked for Chelsea Groton 20 years ago and have known their stellar reputation for excellent service! It is also a further benefit that Chelsea is a community bank and not owned by a large entity out of state. From past experience in dealing with other banks, I can honestly state that this is a huge benefit! In any case, Chelsea Groton is an excellent bank for any and all financial needs.
