This bank used to be a responsive. The last 4 times I called there was a 20 minute hold The banks needs to hire more people or better people.
I always have extraordinary service with Chelsea Groton, while using the app, the website or utilizing the video chat CSR. I, myself, worked for Chelsea Groton 20 years ago and have known their stellar reputation for excellent service! It is also a further benefit that Chelsea is a community bank and not owned by a large entity out of state. From past experience in dealing with other banks, I can honestly state that this is a huge benefit! In any case, Chelsea Groton is an excellent bank for any and all financial needs.
