Team Chelsea were knowledgeable, prepared, efficient, patient, easy to work with, and most of all, Team Chelsea were *kind*. We had an uncommon situation and where other brokers said either I was wrong or they didn't know how to deal with it, Chelsea said (effectively) "we've got this." And she did. Recommend without resetvation.
