Scheduled a pickup for 6am at our hotel in Chelmsford. Was woken up at 4:45 by the driver saying we needed to leave at 5:15am! He had no idea when our flight was and we had already accounted for traffic and checkin (flight was at 10am). So basically he wanted to inconvenience us so he wouldn't be inconvenienced. Also it wasn't $85 as shown on website it was $115. The ride was fine and I appreciate that I got from hotel to airport, however having to sit for 4 hrs wasn't what I was looking for.
