I love Marshall's. This store is always clean and well stocked.
I have been shopping at this wonderful store as long as I can remember. I always find something I have not found in any other stores that I shop in. The jewelry especially interests me, as it is high quality and extremely reasonably priced. Don't take me word, though.....go visit Chelmsford Card and Gift yourself...I don't think you will be disappointed in what you find there, and the extremely low prices they offer! I recently visited several Marshall stores in Seneca and in Easley. I was very disappointed because I was looking for plus size women’s clothing. There was very little to choose from. I would really like seeing more plus size clothing in the stores. Instead of one piece of something here and there. Overall I like the stores and the things that they have but the plus size is a 👎🏻.
My wife was tricked to apply for their Credit Card today. We had to make several phone call to cancel it plus a credit inquiry on my wife. very unprofessional practice. Shame on you. By the way they did the same thing with few of our friends. Apparently their employees are required to sell number of accounts, so they take advantage of people with limited language ability. BBB will be contacted.
After spending thousands in this store i had a horrible experience. I tried to exchange a shirt i purchased because it had a hole in it the manager told me i can not because i do not have a receipt. Never the less i will not spend a dime i any marshalls again. What a waste of time.

Selection is great but service leaves a lot to be desired! Maybe if the line went faster or more people on the floor.
This is one of the best places to shop in Manhattan!! The workers seem to truly care about each and every customer. If you need help with anything, they are always eager and able to help! The selection is always different (a cashier told me they get truck Mon-Fri) and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend this store!! Don't waste your time wandering around the mall, just go to marshalls!!
