I’ve never seen a small business turn away a customer like this place. Guy couldn’t be bothered to even greet the only customer in the shop. I asked a simple question about a problem I had with my older bike, and this guy gave nothing but sarcasm. Go to the UMass shop or city bikes in Lowell. Much better service. Edit 8 months later. I saw some positive reviews and this place IS less than 5 minutes from me so I decided to give it a second shot.
