Zero Reliability and Zero Accountability. Had a reservation made two months in advance. A day and a half before pickup I got a call saying the location didn't have the truck I reserved. My options were to go 3 hours out of my way to pick of a truck from another location or to rent a trailer. I scrambled to get a hitch installed on my vehicle to utilize the trailer option.
