Delivery truck driver has no respect for the neighborhood and customers that they are delivering to. The delivery truck (License Plate: 56706M2) blocked my car in this morning and refused to move until he completed his delivery. The crazy thing is the parking lot was not that busy, he could have pulled forward 10 more feet and not blocked any cars when he originally parked but had no care or regard that he was impacting others.
