I purchased two chef jackets and a pair of pants from Chef Works online. My partner tried on both jackets, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. I promptly placed them back in the original packaging and submitted a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Chef Works initially lost my request and failed to respond for several weeks. Bad customer service. It took so long for me to get their response. And they have terrible return policy also customer service. Never buy from this company.

Service is way too long and inventory is not available so takes longer cause they order from America... I'm not very satisfied
I called in and the lady was friendly and processed my order over the phone and I received it in 2 days. Large selection and gret quality. No problems. Nice and easy.
